Project Management Training: Understanding Project Management
A comprehensive introduction to project management for supervisors, administrators, and professionals who regularly take on project assignments in addition to their regular duties. This workshop walks learners through the nuts and bolts of project management — from defining what a project is and setting priorities, to planning, executing, managing risks, building teams, and closing out projects successfully. No prior project management experience is required.
