Frequently asked
Billing & seat questions.
How does proration work when I add seats?
If you add 3 seats halfway through your billing cycle, Stripe bills you for those 3 seats prorated for the remaining days. Drop seats and you get a credit applied to the next invoice — no calls, no refunds to chase.
What happens to the certificates if I cancel?
Every certificate already issued stays valid forever — the verification page works regardless of your account status. You only lose the ability to assign new courses or invite new learners.
Can a single seat be reassigned?
Yes. Deactivate the old user (their progress stays in your audit log) and invite the new hire to the freed seat. It's the same Stripe quantity — no extra charge.
Do you offer non-profit or education discounts?
Yes — email sales@ble.training with your tax-exempt info and we'll set up a reduced rate.
