This one-day workshop provides the foundation to develop an Organizational Safety Plan and take the next step in building your safety culture. Beginning with the Organizational Safety Policy, you will learn how to create a comprehensive safety plan that includes communications, training, incident response, inspections, and audits — all designed to prevent accidents and protect workers.
What you'll learn
- Explain what a safety plan includes and why it is important
- Understand and write an Organizational Safety Policy
- Know the importance of the Introduction to the Safety Plan
- Develop a basic Communications Plan for a specific accident/incident occurrence
- Decide training solutions to common accidents and incidents
