NLP Tools for Real Life
This intermediate-level workshop builds on foundational NLP knowledge to give you hands-on experience with powerful NLP techniques. You will explore how to develop deeper rapport with others, use anchoring to create desired states of mind, establish inner congruency, create momentum-driven outcomes using the PAINLESS framework, and present and interpret information effectively using the 7±2 rule and chunking technique. Participants should have prior exposure to introductory NLP concepts before taking this course.

What Does It Mean to Be Congruent? Being **congruent** or **aligned** means walking the walk and talking the talk. It means behaving in a way that is in harmony with your inner self — your values, beliefs, identity, and purpose. The first step on that journey is understanding exactly who you are. Your Inner Systems There are many things that make you unique — your skills, your compassion, your way of thinking, your life experiences. These qualities are reflected in the different systems and structures you live within. Importantly, influence flows in both directions: although the world shapes who you are, you also have an immense capacity to influence and change the world around you. To begin exploring your inner map, reflect on the following questions: **Purpose:** What is your life mission? What legacy do you want to leave behind? **Identity:** How would you complete the sentence, *"I am..."*? **Beliefs and values:** What do you stand for? What matters most to you? **Skills and knowledge:** What are you good at? What have you learned? **Behaviors:** What do you actually do in your life? **Environment:** What do you like about your current circumstances? What do you want to change?
